When the Virginia Tech shootings happened, I decided to see how Fox News was handling the story.

I quickly set up an automated system that would visit the Fox News site every minute to capture the changing headlines.

At roughly the same time DeBalie, an Amsterdam based centre for culture and politics, approached me to create illustrations for their monthly cultural agenda folder.

Together with Stockholm based graphic designer Peter Ström I created a typographic translation of the edits in the headlines.

Edits vary from Cho Seung-Hui proclaiming hatred for his classmates to being picked on because of his strange voice to being 'sensitive' about his speech.
